Job Title: Business Development Manager (BDM) About Us: Vamana Solar is a leading provider of high-quality, turnkey solar energy solutions, specializing in the Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of solar power plants. With a strong commitment to sustainability, we design, install, and maintain solar systems that provide clean, reliable energy to commercial, industrial, and residential sectors. As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our team and help drive the expansion of our solar EPC business. Role Overview: The Business Development Manager (BDM) will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities within the solar EPC market. This individual will play a key role in securing new projects, building relationships with clients, and driving growth for Vamana Solars solar energy solutions. The BDM will also work closely with the project management and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution from inception to completion. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic business development plan for Vamana Solar's EPC services. Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities within the solar EPC sector. Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients, partners, and key industry stakeholders. Present Vamana Solars solar EPC offerings to potential clients, ensuring the solutions meet their energy needs. Lead the preparation of proposals, tenders, and presentations, highlighting the benefits of our EPC services. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible and aligned with client expectations. Stay informed about the latest trends, technologies, and regulations within the solar industry. Manage negotiations, contracts, and agreements, ensuring they meet both client and company requirements. Work towards achieving sales targets, KPIs, and revenue goals. Represent Vamana Solar at industry events, exhibitions, and conferences to expand the companys brand presence. Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related field. (Master’s degree is a plus). Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or sales within the solar EPC sector or a similar renewable energy field, Aqua culture and any electrical field. Proven track record of successfully securing large-scale solar EPC projects. Strong understanding of solar energy technologies, system design, and installation processes. Familiarity with project financing, regulatory frameworks, and industry standards. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
