Business Development Manager (BDM)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) with a strong background in overseas marketing, e-commerce solutions, and ERP/IT sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving international business growth, managing client relationships, and developing strategies to expand the company’s market presence across global territories.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve international sales targets.
• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in overseas markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients and partners.
• Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close deals for ERP, e-commerce, and IT service solutions.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to align offerings.
• Collaborate with internal teams (technical, marketing, and product) to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
• Represent the company at international trade shows, exhibitions, and business events.
• Prepare detailed sales forecasts and performance reports for management review.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in overseas business development, particularly in IT, e-commerce, or ERP sales.
• Proven track record of achieving international sales targets.
• Strong understanding of global market dynamics and customer behavior.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple international accounts and projects simultaneously.
• Tech-savvy with a good understanding of digital marketing and CRM tools.
