Job Description

Business Development Executive / Manager Dynamic and self-motivated Sales Manager with 3-8 years of IT sales experience with proven track record, excellent team management, good communication & negotiation skills and market knowledge. Successful candidate will be responsible for achieving monthly / yearly sales targets set by the company. Preference will be given for candidates having IT solution sales experience in south India, specially in Hyderabad market. Roles & Responsibilities Responsible for Sales targets monthly and annual targets. Identifying business opportunity from customers across Telangana & Andhra market and acquire new business Prospect new clients, convert cold calling leads into sales Providing regular (weekly & monthly) detailed activity and sales reports Build a personal and team sales pipeline/funnel for long-term success. Set up meetings with potential clients and propose appropriate solutions to cater to customer requirements Assisting team and responsible for achieving team sales revenue Regularly follow up on leads and sales inquiries Negotiating and concluding sales Developing long terms relationship with the customer and customer satisfaction. Capable of handling full sales cycle independently and assisting sales team Sell company’s products and services by creating contacts and further developing relationships with the prospective clients
