Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven track record in the education field. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our institution’s footprint, developing strategic partnerships, and identifying growth opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Growth Strategies : Strategically expand the institution’s presence in local and international markets. Partnership Cultivation : Build and maintain strong collaborations with universities, colleges, and academic organizations to promote educational programs. Identify Business Opportunities : Explore and introduce new curriculum offerings, training programs, and digital learning solutions to meet industry demands. Relationship Management : Foster strong connections with decision-makers in educational institutions, government bodies, and corporate training organizations. Market Analysis : Monitor market trends and competitor activities to position the institution as a leader in the education sector. Sales Leadership : Lead and deliver compelling pitches, presentations, and negotiations with key stakeholders. Revenue Monitoring : Track and analyse revenue targets, providing forecasts and actionable insights for sustained business growth. Qualifications and Requirements: Age Bracket : 30–45 years Experience : Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the education sector. Educational Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field (Master’s preferred). Skills : Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
