· Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the solar domain (industrial, commercial, residential, or utility scale) · Generate leads through market research, field visits, and networking · Develop and present customized proposals and quotations · Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders · Lead, manage, and motivate the Sales/RM team to meet and exceed sales targets. · Provide training, onboarding, and mentoring to new Relationship Managers and Sales Executives. · Conduct field visits with RMs to observe, support, and improve client interactions. · Foster a collaborative team environment while ensuring individual accountability. · Set clear KPIs and performance goals for the team and track progress regularly · Collaborate with technical and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery · Monitor industry trends, policy changes, and competitor activity · Represent the company in industry events, client meetings, and exhibitions · Provide regular reporting to management on sales pipeline and team performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Experience: Business Development Manager : 2 years (Preferred) Language: Gujarati (Required) Location: Dabholi, Surat, Gujarat (Preferred) Work Location: In person
