Business Development Manager (BDM)

As a Business Development Manager at our company, your role will involve identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the region. You will be instrumental in developing and implementing strategies to expand our market presence. Your responsibilities will include: - Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. - Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients and business partners. - Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve company goals and targets. - Conducting meetings and presentations to promote company products/services. - Negotiating and closing business deals effectively. - Collaborating with marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction. - Monitoring market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine strategies. - Preparing and submitting sales reports and forecasts to management. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 2-4 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles (preferably in a specific industry). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an advantage. - Willingness to travel within assigned regions.
