As a Business Development Executive at Neptune Chempastel, your role involves identifying and acquiring new clients in the industrial and commercial sectors, with a specific focus on sectors such as manufacturing, hospitality, and utilities. You will play a crucial part in maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Business Development: Identify and acquire new clients in the industrial and commercial sectors, focusing on sectors such as manufacturing, hospitality, and utilities. - Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction. - Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the management. - Product Demonstrations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and applications of Neptune Chempastel's products. - Market Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new business opportunities. - Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback. - Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and customer service team to ensure seamless delivery and support for clients.
