Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Site Visits: Accompany clients to various project sites, providing detailed insights and addressing any concerns or queries they may have. Client Needs Assessment: Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their requirements, preferences, and budget, offering customized solutions. Negotiations: Lead price negotiations with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives. Client Retention: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their continued satisfaction and loyalty. Lead Generation & Management: Lead Identification: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and industry events. Business Strategy & Development: Opportunity Identification: Identify new markets, client segments, and opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to capitalize on them. Strategic Partnerships: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including real estate developers, investors, and industry professionals. Proposal Development: Prepare and present business proposals to potential clients and partners, outlining the value proposition and negotiating terms. Project Management: Oversee the execution of key projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction. Reporting & Analysis: Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the performance of business development initiatives, reporting on key metrics and outcomes to senior management.
