Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities in the healthcare and medical device market (especially hospitals, clinics, and surgical centers).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, clinicians, hospital administrators, and distributors.
  • Develop strategic plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in assigned territories.
  • Lead a team of sales executives, provide training, motivation, and performance tracking.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and workshops for healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, production, and clinical support) to ensure smooth execution of business plans.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new opportunities to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Prepare periodic sales forecasts, performance reports, and business analytics for senior management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Educational Qualification:

    Any bachelor’s degree (Science, Business, or related field preferred).
  • Age Range:

    25 to 40 years.
  • Experience:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years

    in a

    Managerial role

    (Business Development / Sales / Marketing).
  • Minimum

    2 to 3 years

    of experience for candidates applying for

    Senior Executive

    or

    Executive

    positions.
  • Proven experience in

    medical devices, healthcare, pharma, or biotechnology sectors

    will be an added advantage.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Excellent understanding of territory management, business strategy, and client engagement.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
