Job Description

Role Overview: The Associate Manager Sales is responsible for converting potential leads into confirmed patients by effectively handling follow-ups, addressing queries, and ensuring smooth coordination between patients and the medical team. Key Responsibilities: Engage with patients who have shown interest in Knee Xpert/Hip Xpert services. Follow up on consultation leads, provide necessary information, and address concerns. Explain treatment options (SVF) and help patients make informed decisions. Coordinate appointment scheduling and ensure seamless patient onboarding. Maintain records of patient interactions and update CRM systems. Collaborate with the medical and customer care teams for effective case handling. Achieve closure targets and contribute to business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication and persuasion skills. Experience in healthcare sales, patient coordination, or lead conversion preferred. Basic understanding of orthopedic treatments is a plus. Ability to handle objections and provide clear, confident responses. Proficiency in CRM tools and follow-up management.
