Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities in the IT & Digital Marketing sectors.
  • Generate leads through cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and market research.
  • Build, manage, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demos.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend relevant digital or IT solutions.
  • Negotiate contracts, close deals, and ensure smooth onboarding of clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, delivery, and technical teams to ensure fulfilling client needs.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Track industry developments, competitor insights, and market opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and CRM entries.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4+ years of Business Development experience (Digital Marketing or IT companies preferred).
  • Proven track record in target achievement and closing deals.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, Social Media Marketing, Paid Ads, Branding, and IT solutions.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and understanding of market trends.
  • Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management systems, and MS Office.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with enterprise clients or large-scale projects.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills within the digital ecosystem.
  • Experience in proposal writing, pitch decks, and RFP responses.
  • Ability to build long-term strategic partnerships.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
