Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Hyderabad, Ambala, and Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong background in business development and relationship building.

Roles and Responsibility

Identify and invite potential dentists for Cortico Basal Implantology Course and ensure participation commitment.
Generate sales from new clients and increase volume from existing ones.
Ensure timely payment receipts against sales and motivate course participants to start a Simpladent system.
Build relationships with existing and potential clients, including institutional and corporate clients.
Travel within assigned territories to manage business independently and resolve customer queries in coordination with the Head Office.
Develop and implement effective financial plans, such as discounts, to drive sales growth.

Job Requirements

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the dental industry.
Strong knowledge of B2B sales, walk-in sales, and business development principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Familiarity with implant training and dental hygiene is an added advantage.
Educational qualifications: BDS, B.E, B.Pharma, M.B.A/PGDM, M.Pharma.
