Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Prepare and deliver compelling business presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, and product) to align client requirements with company capabilities. Track and report sales metrics, market trends, and competitor activities. Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the company’s market presence. Attend industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to generate leads and strengthen brand visibility. Maintain CRM records, ensuring accurate and updated client and pipeline data. Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Proven ability to generate leads and close sales. Strategic thinking with a results-driven mindset. Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities. Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce). Understanding of market dynamics and business development best practices. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 3–7 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (experience in [your industry] preferred).
