Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Business Development Manager (BDM) to manage and grow the B2B Apple product business in Kollam. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in B2B sales in the mobile/smartphone industry and a strong passion for business development and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage B2B dealers and retailers for Apple products in the Kollam region.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with channel partners.
  • Drive secondary sales by supporting and enabling channel partners.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to suggest strategic actions.
  • Conduct regular market visits, field meetings, and product promotions.
  • Ensure timely collections and credit management from the dealer network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for order fulfillment, dispatches, and support.

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in B2B mobile/smartphone industry.
  • Proven track record in dealer management and sales target achievement.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for Apple products and deep understanding of smartphone retail channels.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within Kollam and nearby areas.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or Marketing (preferred).
  • Salary + TA + Variable Salary
