Scope of Work – Sales & Collaborations Manager Position Overview: As the Sales & Collaborations Manager at Akshar Yoga Kendraa, your core responsibility is to drive the organisation’s growth, visibility, and revenue through strategic planning, business development, and meaningful partnerships. This role requires experience in sales, education partnerships, and international outreach to support the expansion of AYK and its sister organisations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Growth Planning • Develop and implement both short- and long-term growth strategies aligned with AYK’s mission and vision. • Identify new markets and revenue opportunities, particularly in yoga education and spiritual wellness. • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor actions to inform strategy. 2. Sales & Business Development • Create and lead sales strategies for core offerings: Teacher Training Courses (TTC), retreats, online courses, product lines (Japamats, Purantaa, etc.), and partnerships. • Manage regional and international sales campaigns, including tracking and reporting. • Build and sustain strong client and partner relationships for long-term business growth. 3. Partnerships & Account Management • Develop partnerships with institutions, corporates, and wellness platforms locally and internationally. • Manage B2B collaborations, licensing deals, and curriculum-sharing agreements. • Represent AYK at expos, forums, and industry conferences. 4. Team & Stakeholder Coordination • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and academic teams to ensure seamless project execution. • Guide and mentor junior team members in outreach and lead generation. • Report key metrics and performance updates to senior leadership. 5. Program Expansion & International Markets • Lead international student recruitment for residential and accredited programs. • Expand AYK’s presence in Asia, North America, and Europe. • Oversee student onboarding processes, including visa, travel, and curriculum compliance. Additional Duties • Represent AYK in meetings with government agencies, accreditation boards, and wellness associations. • Coordinate with product and retail teams to support new product launches and outreach.
