Retail Sales Execution Ensure that the Agency Partners and advisors achieve business targets set for them Obtains and analyses information from market to identify new clients, makes direct pitches, liaises with partners to increase sales Maintain renewals for the policies procured by team of Advisors to overall achieve the profitability of the team Profiles distributors and caters to their requirements to ensure ongoing business from them Distributor Empanelment & Engagement- To recruit good quality prospective – Agency Partners and ensure that they acquire insurance advisors with licensing in order to achieve the sales target set by the company..
