Proposal Development : Create compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs. Revenue Growth : Meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaboration : Work closely with the creative, strategy, and account management teams to align client requirements with agency deliverables. Reporting : Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior management. Skills and Qualifications : Experience : 3-4 years in business development, sales, and/or account management, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency. Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Networking : Strong networking abilities with a proven track record of establishing and growing client relationships. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and craft effective strategies. Negotiation Skills : Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
