Job Description

Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries to expand the agency s portfolio. Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term partnerships. Market Research : Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth. Proposal Development : Create compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches tailored to client needs. Revenue Growth : Meet and exceed sales targets by generating leads, closing deals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Collaboration : Work closely with the creative, strategy, and account management teams to align client requirements with agency deliverables. Reporting : Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, performance reports, and pipeline updates to senior management. Skills and Qualifications : Experience : 3-4 years in business development, sales, and/or account management, preferably in an advertising or marketing agency. Communication : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Networking : Strong networking abilities with a proven track record of establishing and growing client relationships. Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and craft effective strategies. Negotiation Skills : Proficiency in negotiating contracts and closing deals. Knowledge : Familiarity with advertising, branding, and digital marketing trends and terminologies. Tools : Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office Suite, and presentation tools.
