Business Development Manager B2B Tie-ups (Matrimonial Industry)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a background in the matrimonial industry to drive B2B partnerships and strategic tie-ups . The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding business opportunities through collaborations with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Build and manage strategic tie-ups with wedding planners, event organizers, community associations, matchmaking agencies, banquet halls, relationship coaches, and premium matrimonial services . Work with temples, religious institutions, and cultural associations to expand reach in community-based matchmaking. Collaborate with media houses, radio channels, and wedding magazines for co-branded campaigns. Establish partnerships with digital platforms and wedding service aggregators to enhance visibility and lead generation. Participate in and drive engagement at wedding expos, community networking events, and corporate tie-ups to enhance brand presence. Develop and execute strategies to expand the company's reach through strategic alliances . Negotiate and finalize business agreements , ensuring long-term collaborations. Drive lead generation and revenue growth through partnership-driven initiatives. Requirements: Proven experience in business development or B2B partnerships within the matrimonial, wedding, or related industry . Strong network with wedding service providers, community leaders, and corporate clients. Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills .
