Role & responsibilities Excellent understanding of Industrial Engineering (PLC, SCADA), Industrial IOT, MES, Predictive Maintenance, Data Engineering/Analytics Solutions, Cloud,Intelligent Integrations. Expert in Prospecting, lead qualifications, customer meeting, proactively gauging customers requirements, developing solutions from available offerings,proposal preparation and Sales closure. Business development, Inside Sales, Solutioning and Strategy building in Digital Technologies for engineering services industry Exposure to industry verticals such as Industrial Machinery/ Automation/OEMs/Manufacturing etc., Strategize with clients to imaginatively create digital solutions that solve business challenges. Must conduct market research and develop sales strategy for new service offerings. Should be willing to work in Night Shift EST Time Zone. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related field. Minimum of 3-15 years of experience in Business Development or inside sales, preferably in the industrial automation domain. Proven experience in international sales and market expansion. Strong understanding of industrial automation products and solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be holding valid B1Visa and must have travel History to USA.
