Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Guwahati. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients and distribution partners, and achieving sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, developing strategies to expand the customer base, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Business Development Manager will also collaborate with various teams to drive business growth and improve the sales process.

Qualifications

Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management skills
Experience in conducting market research and developing business strategies
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a team
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools
Prior experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
