Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion of our Global Capability Center (GCC) offering. The candidate will be responsible for identifying and cultivating business prospects for establishing GCCs. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development for a GCC with deep insights into the Global Capability Center landscape, positioning them key contributors in driving growth and expansion in this specific area of the business. Key Responsibilities: Identify and Develop New Business Opportunities: Drive new business acquisition by identifying prospects and initiating outreach. Identify market trends, client needs, and industry shifts to develop tailored service offerings. Proactively develop strategies to generate leads, explore new revenue streams, and expand into untapped markets. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in client organizations. Understand client requirements, pain points, and business challenges to position relevant solutions and services. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the sales process and beyond, ensuring a smooth transition to project implementation teams. Strategic Account Management: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop account plans for strategic clients. Monitor and report on the progress of key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and identifying opportunities for growth. Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring delivery aligns with client expectations. Market Analysis & Strategy Development: Conduct competitive market analysis to understand industry trends, competitor strengths, and potential gaps in the market. Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns, presentations, and proposals to engage prospective clients. Contribute to the development and execution of business development strategies to achieve organizational growth targets. Sales Process Management: Lead the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation, qualification, proposal creation, to closing deals. Develop and present customized proposals and pitches to clients, demonstrating how the companys solutions meet their unique needs. Negotiate terms, contracts, and agreements with clients while maintaining profitability. Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with internal teams such as delivery, operations, and project management to ensure successful implementation of solutions for clients. Coordinate with leadership to align business development efforts with overall organizational objectives. Reporting and Analytics: Track and report on sales performance, opportunities, and key metrics. Use CRM tools to manage client interactions, sales pipeline, and performance analytics. Provide feedback to senior leadership on market dynamics, client feedback, and opportunities for service improvement.
