The company provides master planning, architectural design, engineering, project management consultancy services to government agencies as well as private clients. (www.archohm.com) Job Summary: Our company is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our architectural services in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have strong industry connections, a strategic mindset, and the ability to generate new business opportunities with government agencies, developers, corporate clients, and private investors. Key Responsibilities: To Identify and develop new business opportunities in Maharashtra’s architecture, real estate, and construction sectors. To build and maintain relationships with government bodies and agencies, corporate clients, developers and investors. To generate leads, make pitches and presentations, and close deals to meet revenue targets. To Identify potential partnerships with like-minded companies and foster collaborations to enhance business growth Qualifications An architect or a civil engineer is preferable, but not essential. Graduate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Minimum of 10 to 12 years of experience in business development and/or sales, preferably in the architecture, design, or construction industry Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences Proactive, self-starter with strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills The candidate should be willing to travel across Maharashtra Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹90,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
