We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This individual will be responsible for sourcing new redevelopment projects, acquiring land and new sites for development, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of property acquisition, redevelopment, and business development strategies, particularly in the real estate and development sectors. Key Responsibilities: Source New Redevelopment Projects Identify and evaluate new redevelopment opportunities for business growth. Conduct market research to find potential projects that align with the companys goals. Acquiring Land and New Sites for Development Actively seek out land and property for new developments. Negotiate and close deals for property acquisition. Project Submission for SRA (Slum Rehabilitation Authority) Handle all activities involved in project submissions to SRA. Ensure compliance with all necessary documentation and requirements for approvals. Building Relationships with Government Authorities Establish and maintain strong relationships with government officials and regulatory bodies. Navigate through legal, zoning, and regulatory processes. Site Acquisition Oversee the entire site acquisition process from sourcing to final acquisition. Analyze site feasibility for development projects. Business Development & Property Acquisition Work closely with senior management to develop business strategies for property acquisitions and expansions. Develop partnerships, alliances, and new business channels for growth. Redevelopment Manage redevelopment projects from initiation through completion. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project execution. Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in business development, property acquisition, or site acquisition within the real estate development industry. Strong negotiation and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of government processes related to land acquisition and redevelopment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to analyze market trends and identify profitable redevelopment opportunities.
