Title : Business Development Manager Location : Sector 125, Noida About AITD Amity Institute of Training & Development (AITD) is a Global Organization with presence across 10 countries worldwide. We are a full-scale knowledge provider with the ability to create bespoke learning and training programs for clients across varied industries. We provide corporate learning interventions, with a focus on building individual strengths and enhancing organizational effectiveness in an ever-changing global business environment. AITD provides learning and development through diverse learning & development programmes, content development and infrastructure facilities for various organizations and across different industry verticals as well as customized solutions after conducting detailed learning need analysis. Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Managers with a proven track record in direct sales to large corporates. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers, and driving revenue growth for the company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Identify and prospect new business opportunities within the target market of large corporates. 2. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand the company's customer base. 3. Build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers at prospective client organizations. Exposure in building strong sales pipeline. 4. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to secure new business partnerships. 5. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of solutions. 6. Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation. 7. Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts to senior management. Qualifications: 1. MBA/masters degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. 2. Proven track record of success in direct sales, with a focus on selling to large corporates. 3. Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth. 4. Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset. 7. Experience in the selling the training programs & products is a plus. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Required Skills: A hands-on result-oriented mindset Creative & Strategic bent of mind Self-motivation to work independently and strong work ethics. Should have managed Sales Target > INR 10 crores per year. Work Experience: Relevant experience of 12-14 years in corporate sales.
