Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: All Kerala Gender Preference: Male/Female Industry: Overseas Education Job Summary: Santamonica is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive student enrollments for overseas education programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing partnerships, increasing brand awareness, and achieving sales targets in Kerala. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategies to increase student enrollments for study abroad programs. Identify and establish partnerships with educational institutions, consultants, and other stakeholders. Organize seminars, webinars, and promotional events to engage prospective students. Build strong relationships with students, parents, and institutions to provide guidance on overseas education. Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry developments to enhance business opportunities. Work closely with marketing teams to implement effective campaigns. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and follow-ups. Requirements: Bachelors/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in Business Development, preferably in the overseas education industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
