Agile Rays is a fast-growing recruitment and staffing partner with 500+ employees deployed across leading Manufacturing and IT clients. We specialize in permanent hiring, contract staffing, executive search, payroll outsourcing, and hire-train-deploy (HTD)

Role Overview

We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities

Identify, target, and acquire new clients across industries (IT, Manufacturing, Pharma, Semiconductor, BFSI, GCCs, etc.).
Build strong client relationships with HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and Founders/Business Leaders.
Generate leads through networking, LinkedIn, referrals, and cold outreach.
Understand client hiring requirements and position Agile Rays’ solutions effectively.
Achieve sales targets (monthly/quarterly) for permanent hiring, contract staffing, and other services.
Collaborate with recruitment delivery teams to ensure timely and quality hiring for clients.
Maintain sales pipeline, prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close contracts.
Track competition, market trends, and new business opportunities.

Key Requirements

Proven 4–8 years of experience in
business development / sales
within recruitment & staffing / HR services.
Strong network with HR leaders and decision makers.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand client hiring pain points and offer tailored solutions.
Result-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
