As a Business Development Manager at Austix Hospitality LLC, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing a targeted business development strategy tailored for U.S. hospitality employers. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing a targeted business development strategy tailored for U.S. hospitality employers. - Building, nurturing, and managing B2B relationships through proactive communication and regular follow-ups. - Representing Austix Hospitality LLC in virtual meetings and presentations with decision-makers across the U.S. hospitality sector. - Crafting customized, persuasive recruitment and training proposals aligned with client needs. - Coordinating closely with our India team to align on lead status, client updates, and conversion pipelines. - Creating business content, decks, and emails with clear, polished language and a professional tone aligned to the U.S. market. - Continuously identifying market trends, client needs, and new opportunities for collaboration. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - 24 years of business development experience, ideally with U.S.-based companies or U.S. clients in hospitality, staffing, or training sectors. - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a U.S. accent preferred. - A strategic thinker with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude. Please note, this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. Additionally, proficiency in English is preferred for this role.
