Job Description

Job Brief: We are looking for a dynamic and well-connected Business Development Manager to drive sales of SaaS-based productivity solutions and IT services in the Middle East market . This role requires a proven track record in B2C sales , deep familiarity with ME business culture, and strong existing relationships in the region. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who thrives in a remote work environment and is experienced in selling SaaS based productivity solutions, and custom IT services to enterprises, SMBs, and government sectors across the Middle East. The goal is to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and build long-term partnerships in the ME region. Key Responsibilities: SaaS & IT Services Sales: Sell SaaS-based productivity tools, and IT development services to businesses in the Middle East. Client Acquisition: Leverage an active network of contacts in the ME region to generate new business opportunities. Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement a sales strategy to drive pipeline growth, lead generation, and revenue expansion. Solution-Based Selling: Understand client pain points and position custom IT services and SaaS solutions as the right fit. Account Management: Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and procurement teams. Lead Generation & Prospecting: Use LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking events, and referrals to identify and engage potential customers. Proposal & Contract Negotiation: Prepare tailored proposals, conduct demos, and negotiate deals to close high-value contracts. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with technical, product, and pre-sales teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery. Market Intelligence & Reporting: Stay updated on trends, competitor activities, and evolving business needs in the ME region and provide insights to leadership. Requirements: 8-10 years of proven sales experience in SaaS and IT services, specifically targeting the Middle East. Existing business relationships and active contacts in the Middle East across enterprise, SMB, and government sectors. Strong experience in B2B sales, enterprise productivity solutions, digital transformation, and cloud-based technologies. Ability to operate independently, develop business plans, and achieve revenue targets without direct supervision. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills tailored for Middle East clients. Familiarity with Middle East business culture, legal norms, and procurement processes. Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and sales automation platforms. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills for consultative sales approaches. Willingness to travel to the Middle East when required for business development. Preferred Qualifications: Experience selling SaaS productivity solutions, AI-driven applications, and Microsoft-based development services. Familiarity with digital transformation trends in the Middle East.
