Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, client management, and revenue growth strategies. Manage existing clients to increase customer satisfaction and retention rates. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales strategy development and execution. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales decisions. Provide leadership guidance to junior team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and process improvements. Desired Candidate Profile 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development in the logistics industry (Contract Logistics, 3PL). MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution with specialization in Marketing. Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and managing client relationships. Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong customer relationships at all levels.
