Job Title: Business Development Lead Role Overview 10Decoders is seeking a highly accomplished, high-performing Business Development Lead to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and market expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting and executing sales strategies, developing strong client relationships, and leveraging Account-Based Marketing (ABM) practices to engage high-value accounts. Your focus will be on driving innovation and maximizing sales potential to meet revenue goals across global markets. Key Responsibilities Design and implement targeted ABM strategies to identify, prioritize, and engage high-value accounts that align with the company s goals. Lead customized outreach campaigns, leveraging personalized content, value propositions, and data-driven insights tailored to specific accounts. Collaborate with marketing to execute multi-channel ABM campaigns, integrating email, LinkedIn, and events to drive engagement with decision-makers. Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue goals. Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company s footprint in untapped markets. Stay informed about market trends, industry developments, and competitors strategies to identify potential opportunities. Share actionable insights with internal teams to adapt offerings and enhance value propositions for clients. Partner with sales, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure alignment on account strategies and execution. Work closely with leadership to define go-to-market strategies and prioritize high-growth opportunities. Track sales performance, ABM campaign ROI, and key metrics to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement. Required Qualifications 8 to 10 years of experience in selling services , with a strong track record of revenue generation and customer acquisition. Proven success in driving enterprise-level deals and scaling accounts with consistent YoY growth. Hands-on experience in designing and executing ABM campaigns and strategies. Strong understanding of GenAI, Cloud, Data Solutions , and their impact on enterprise clients. Proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator , HubSpot , and CRM platforms to manage accounts and drive engagement. Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing , or a related field.
