🚀 Business Development Intern 🚀 Remote Working Days - Monday to Friday Office Timings - 9:30AM to 6:30PM Duration - 3-6 Months Stipend - ₹ 10,000 (Fixed) with PPO Immediate Joiners Are you a growth-driven individual looking to build a career in Business Development in the recruitment and talent acquisition industry? We're looking for high-energy, ambitious BD Interns to join our early-stage team at SoDo and help us drive growth, build partnerships, and scale our business in the HR & recruitment space. We’re a strategic hiring partner that helps businesses hire directly and faster . Key Responsibilities: Identify and out reach to potential clients ( HR Heads, Talent Acquisition Managers, Founders, CXOs , etc.) Generate high-quality leads through LinkedIn Craft and send compelling outreach messages that drives conversion Schedule client meetings Build and maintain Client relations Collaborate closely with the founder and TA team to deliver value to clients Eligibility Criteria: 6+ months of experience in business development, lead generation and sales Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce or related field Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship-building skills Experience with LinkedIn, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms is a plus Fast learner with a hunger to grow and perform Looking for a full-time remote internship with PPO What You’ll Get: ₹10,000 (Fixed) with PPO High incentives for converted leads/clients 3-6 months full-time internship Certificate of Internship + Letter of Recommendation Endorsements on your LinkedIn profile Flexible working hours Why Join SoDo?
