About the Role:

We’re looking for highly motivated and confident individuals who can drive business growth by connecting with students and offering the right career upskilling programs that Wayspire provides. This role involves lead generation, cold calling, counselling students, and closing sales to generate revenue for the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads via research, events, and networking
  • Conduct cold calls to pitch programs
  • Guide students with career counselling
  • Build client relationships and close enrollments
  • Meet weekly/monthly targets
  • Maintain CRM and reporting dashboards
Requirements:
  • Any graduate/postgraduate (backlogs accepted)
  • Strong communication & persuasion skills
  • Self-driven with a performance mindset
  • Basic proficiency in Excel, MS Office, CRM
