We are Advertising and Personal Branding Agency The ideal candidate is a motivated, organized, and creative individual who welcomes the challenges of acquiring and developing new business through sales efforts. You will build key customer relationships , identify business opportunities , and take follow-ups. Responsibilities: Generate, nurture & acquire leads for all services. Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers. Proactively identify new opportunities and deliver innovative solutions to customers Develop market strategies by researching lists of high-potential prospects Effectively tracking and reporting sales cycle status, sales strategy, and industry trends. Schedule discovery meetings with potential new clients and our team of experts, moderated by you Understand client's needs, conduct client meetings, and follow up with potential clients to customize their business proposals Plan approach decks, proposals and pitches, developing roadmaps and strategies for clients. Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth Researching prospective accounts in target markets Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support Requirements: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish, develop and maintain business relationships along with great presentation and negotiation skills. Creating a roadmap and targets to meet the company's short-term and long-term goals and ensuring they are met Possess a pleasant, warm, approachable, and proactive personality with excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and a sense of ownership.
