Business Development Intern

Role: Business Development Intern (3 Months Internship)

Stipend: ?10,000 per month

Snooplay is building India's fastest and most trusted rapid-commerce platform for everything kids need toys, games, baby fashion, baby care, and gear delivered within 60 minutes. We're scaling quickly and looking for enthusiastic, driven interns who enjoy on-ground work, building partnerships, and creating impact.

What You'll Work On

1) Seller Onboarding & Category Expansion

Identify and onboard local sellers and brands across toys, fashion, baby care, and baby gear.

Analyze category gaps, pricing trends, and top-performing SKUs to strengthen the product assortment.

Coordinate with catalog and operations teams to ensure smooth listings and order flow.

2) Offline Partnerships & Customer Acquisition

Build partnerships with RWAs, cafs, restaurants, play zones, and community hubs for hyperlocal activations.

Execute creative offline acquisition initiatives such as pop-ups, QR campaigns, flyers, and community events.

Collaborate with schools and daycare centers to boost local visibility.

Track campaign performance and refine strategies based on on-ground feedback.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• High energy, ownership mindset, and comfort with field work.
• Creative thinker who can convert ideas into action.
• Basic proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel for tracking and reporting.

• Bonus:

  Any prior internship experience in sales, partnerships, or brand activations.
