What this role is really about
You’ll be the spark that starts conversations, builds connections, and identifies new business opportunities for the agency.This is not a target-heavy sales role; it’s a research + outreach + relationship-building role.

What You’ll Do

• Research and shortlist potential clients and industries for outreach
• Assist in LinkedIn outreach, cold emails, and lead discovery
• Help maintain a clean and structured lead database
• Support early conversations by drafting messages and sharing basic information
• Assist the team in gathering insights for pitches, proposals, and outreach content
• Track outreach progress using Google Sheets, Notion, or simple CRM tools
• Stay updated on trends in design, branding, startups, and marketing
• Coordinate basic communication when required across different time zones

Who Can Apply

• Freshers or students looking for internship experience
• Strong English communication (written and verbal)
• Comfortable researching, organizing data, and spotting opportunities
• Curious about brands, business, design, and how agencies grow
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google Workspace, or basic CRM tools is a plus
• Interest in lead generation, cold outreach, and B2B communication

Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)

• Internships or projects in marketing, business, outreach, or design
• Personal proof of curiosity (projects, case studies, blogs, outreach samples, etc.)
