As a Business Development Intern, you will gain deep, hands-on exposure to the fast-growing commercial real estate (CRE) and coworking ecosystem.

Position Overview
We are looking for a proactive, field-ready Business Development Intern to support our Delhi NCR operations. The candidate must be based in Delhi, have their own vehicle, and be comfortable travelling across multiple coworking centres and office buildings throughout the city. This role offers strong exposure to client interaction, workspace evaluation, sales strategy, and overall commercial real estate functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Handling & Client Coordination

• Assist the Business Development team in understanding and managing client requirements.
• Schedule and coordinate workspace tours across Delhi.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to support deal progress and conversions.

2. Site Visits & Property Understanding

• Visit coworking and managed office spaces for audits, photos/videos, and data collection.

Understand property layouts, amenities, USPs, pricing, and neighbourhood advantages.

• Maintain accurate, updated property information within internal systems.

3. Relationship Management

• Build and maintain professional relationships with workspace operators and property managers.
• Act as an effective link between clients, internal teams, and coworking partners.

4. Documentation & Reporting

• Assist in preparing proposals, comparison sheets, brochures, and presentations for clients.
• Keep the CRM updated with visit logs, follow-ups, and deal status reports.

5. Market Research & Learning

• Conduct research on emerging CRE trends, coworking competitors, and new supply in the Delhi market.
• Analyse workspace demand and client behaviour based on on-ground inputs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Must be based in Delhi.
• Must have their own vehicle (2-wheeler or 4-wheeler) and be willing to travel extensively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively and follow up consistently.
• Basic understanding of business development/sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace is an added advantage.
