Job Description

Conduct Cold Calling via telephone calls and visit in Gujarat and Maharashtra region. •Conduct pre-call analysis via previous telemarketing script answers, internet search engines, external information sources, press releases, and prospect websites. •Telephone/email to gain understanding of prospects needs and to identify decision makers. •Document calls and competitive information in company databases. •Advance the prospect through the leads cycle using both a breadth of knowledge in our products and offerings and proven prospecting techniques. •Work closely with sales to develop leads into signed business. •Responsible for market research & Analysis (for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups) •To maintain and update customer databases •To communicate with target audiences and managing customer relationships •Monitoring competitor activity and generating leads for products and services •Independently plan and schedule outbound sales calls to maximize personal and territory sales efforts •Keep informed of market trends, customer preferences and competitor activity, sharing information with others within the business unit for better strategic placement in the marketplace
