Business Development (Female)

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling business operations, client relationships, and supporting growth initiatives. This role requires excellent coordination skills, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily business operations including logistics, dispatch, back-office coordination, and process management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure smooth communication and efficient service delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliveries.
• Support business growth by identifying new opportunities and assisting in client development activities.
• Prepare reports, maintain documentation, and assist management in day-to-day operations.
• Execute and complete all tasks and assignments given by the senior management in a timely and professional manner.
• Possess 3–5 years of experience in operations, logistics, back office, dispatch, process coordination, or client relationship management.
• Demonstrate strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic reporting tools is required.
• Female candidates residing near Kamla Nagar, North Delhi will be preferred.
• A proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented attitude is essential.
