Job Title: Business Development Executive (B2B Sales – Personal Branding, YouTube Authority & Podcast Growth for CXOs) Location: Remote / Hybrid (India-based preferred) Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in B2B agency sales with a strong record of closing high-ticket clients. We help our clients: ✅ Save 80% of their time on content creation ✅ Reduce content costs by 40% ✅ Achieve up to 2x ROI by turning their personal brand into a business growth engine Key Responsibilities: Identify and close high-ticket international clients — including CXOs, founders, and VC leaders Manage the full B2B sales funnel: outreach → discovery → pitch → close Source leads through LinkedIn, Apollo.io, cold email, referrals, startup/VC communities, and other platforms Work closely with internal strategy and content teams for seamless client onboarding and delivery Maintain a structured CRM pipeline and report weekly performance Optimize outreach tactics based on conversion data and ICP behavior Requirements: 2+ years of B2B agency sales experience Proven track record of closing high-value, international clients Strong verbal and written communication skills Confidence in pitching to CXOs and senior executives Experience using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and CRM platforms Ability to work independently with a growth-focused mindset Probation Clause (First 30 Days): Role begins with a 30-day probation period Candidate must close a minimum of 2 international clients during this phase On meeting this target, candidate qualifies for full-time onboarding Compensation (Post-Probation): Fixed Salary: ₹25,000/month Bonus: ₹8,000/month per client closed and retained Earning Example: Month 1: Closes 3 clients → ₹25,000 + ₹24,000 = ₹49,000 Month 2: Adds 2 clients → ₹49,000 + ₹16,000 = ₹65,000 Month 3: Adds 2 more → ₹65,000 + ₹16,000 = ₹81,000 Bonus continues monthly as long as the client remains active Total CTC: 💰 Up to ₹14 LPA+ through consistent performance and client retention.
