Job Title: Business Development Executive (Night Shift) Location: H-193, Sector 63, Noida, 201301 Shift Timing: 7:00 PM 4:00 AM (Night Shift) Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling international clients and selling IT services, including: SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Mobile App Development Digital Marketing Website Development Key Responsibilities: Engage with potential international clients provided by the company. Pitch and sell IT services effectively, addressing client needs and providing suitable solutions. Develop and maintain strong business relationships with new and existing clients. Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and client requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM. Required Skills & Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of experience in IT sales, business development, or international sales (preferred). Freshers with excellent English communication skills can also apply. Strong persuasion and negotiation skills. Ability to handle objections and close deals efficiently. Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset. Familiarity with IT services like SEO, website development, and digital marketing is a plus.
