Job Description

Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Development Officer to drive sales, build partnerships, and manage client relationships in the Kollam district. The role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills . Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify and establish connections with potential clients, including schools, colleges, and educational institutions. Foster strong relationships with principals, professors, and decision-makers to secure partnerships. 2. Market Research & Strategy Execution: Conduct in-depth market analysis to understand the educational landscape and identify opportunities. Develop and execute offline marketing strategies to promote the companys programs and services. 3. Seminar Planning & Execution: Organize and deliver seminars for students, parents, and educators in schools and colleges (audience size ranging from 50 to 100 attendees). Schedule seminar dates by coordinating with school and college administrations. 4. Lead Conversion & Admissions Management: Generate leads through institutional seminars and manage follow-ups to secure admissions. Handle calls and inquiries related to educational programs and admissions. 5. Travel & Field Operations: Travel within the assigned territory to meet clients and conduct presentations or face-to-face meetings. Skills and Qualifications: Master of Business Administration ( Marketing). Strong persuasive and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to convert leads into long-term business. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in delivering impactful presentations and seminars. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
