Join a dynamic team where your skills will be valued and rewarded. 🔹 Position : Sales Consultant 🔹 Salary : Up to ₹30,000/month 🔹 Location : Delhi NCR 🔹 Shifts : Morning, Evening & Night (Flexible – 9 working hours/day based on shift start time) 🔹 Experience : Freshers & experienced candidates welcome 🔹 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (mandatory) Prior experience in sales or customer-facing roles (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work flexible shifts and manage time effectively Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities 🔹 Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Revenue Generation Meet/exceed monthly sales targets (memberships, personal training, services) Convert walk-ins from marketing activities Address customer objections and escalate when needed Maintain accurate sales records and documentation Ensure smooth shift transitions and prospect handovers Drive referrals and issue welcome kits to new members 2. CRM & Software Management Update walk-ins and sales data in gym management software in real-time Upload member photos and biometric data promptly Track personal sales performance Report software issues to the corporate team 3. Customer Engagement Greet and interact with members regularly Collect feedback and escalate concerns Make courtesy follow-up calls Support a culture of service excellence within the team 4. Social Media Coordination Share member results, testimonials, and events with the social media team Capture daily stories/videos and encourage member participation Ensure daily content posting on gym-related platforms 5. Marketing & Events Contribute to campaign planning and execution Participate in promotions, events, and lead-generation activities Engage members in ongoing gym events and initiatives 6. Member Performance Tracking Implement and monitor member progress systems Collaborate with fitness staff to track retention and progress Follow up with members and assist with performance goals Support in generating engagement reports for management 🔹 Key Skills & Competencies: Strong sales and target-oriented mindset Effective communication and people skills CRM software proficiency Basic knowledge of digital marketing & social media Professional in handling customer queries Team player with a proactive approach Passionate about health and fitness Show more Show less
