Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Growth Lead Generation: Identify, target, and engage potential clients for website development, SEO, website maintenance, and performance marketing services. Develop and execute lead generation strategies, including cold outreach, networking, and leveraging digital platforms. Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in SMEs, startups, and large enterprises. 2. Sales Client Acquisition: Present compelling pitches and proposals tailored to client needs. Conduct client meetings, virtual demos, and consultations to understand requirements. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with company goals. 3. Market Research Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences to refine sales strategies. Identify emerging opportunities in website development, SEO, website maintenance, and performance marketing. Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance service offerings. 4. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring seamless communication. Build long-term relationships by offering strategic advice and up-selling additional services. Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any concerns. 5. Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with designers, developers, SEO specialists, and performance marketing teams to ensure smooth project execution. Communicate client expectations clearly to internal teams. Ensure timely delivery of projects with high quality and efficiency. 6. Performance Tracking Reporting: Maintain detailed records of sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Track the effectiveness of business development efforts and optimize strategies accordingly. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to management. Required Skills Qualifications: Bachelors degree + in Engineering, Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing. Strong website development, SEO, maintenance, and performance marketing knowledge. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in CRM tools and lead generation platforms. Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of new clients acquired per quarter. Revenue generated from website development, SEO, and performance marketing services. Client retention rate and satisfaction scores. Conversion rate from leads to closed deals. Effectiveness of lead generation campaigns.
