Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Business Development Executive. You will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and implementing strategies to achieve revenue targets. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, prospecting potential clients, managing client accounts, and collaborating with teams to create customized solutions. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to ensure successful partnerships and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Strong understanding of Business principles and strategies
• Proficiency in Communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in Account Management, maintaining and growing client relationships
• Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities
• Proficiency in CRM software and tools is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Previous experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role preferred
