Job Description

Business development executive (Specially for freshers) (Night Shift/US Shift) Key Responsibilities 1. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Conduct targeted market research to identify potential clients in the US and Canada. Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and networking. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools. 2. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for US and Canadian clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. 3. Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and meet revenue targets. Prepare and deliver customized proposals and presentations for clients. Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the onboarding process for new clients. 4. Market Analysis and Growth: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the US and Canada. Provide insights and recommendations to the management team to refine business strategies. 5. Collaboration and Reporting: Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns targeting the US and Canadian markets. Provide regular updates on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with outsourcing or virtual services (if applicable). Knowledge of industries such as real estate, insurance, IT, or staffing in the US and Canada. Expertise in developing partnerships and B2B relationships.
