Job Title: Sales Executive Company Overview: VEDA Academy is a leading E-learning platform focused on empowering students with innovative learning solutions. Job Summary: Were looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound sales calls, achieving individual sales targets, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound sales calls to potential customers and convert leads into sales. Achieve and exceed individual sales targets on a consistent basis. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business. Provide accurate and timely information to customers about our products and services. Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system. Collaborate with the sales team to share best practices and improve overall performance. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Qualifications: Proven experience in sales or telecalling (1+ year preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Goal-oriented with a passion for achieving targets.
