Job Title: Business Development Executive: US IT Staffing - Remote (India-based) Company Overview: We are a growing recruitment and staffing firm based in Canada and the USA , specializing in helping businesses hire top talent in Canada and the United States . Our services include full-cycle recruitment, staffing solutions, and nearshore hiring for US companies from Canada . We are expanding and looking for a Business Development Executive based in India to help us acquire new clients and partnerships in the United States . Job Description: The Business Development Executive will be responsible for generating recruitment contracts and staffing partnerships with businesses the US . This role requires experience in B2B sales, client acquisition, and recruitment business development . The ideal candidate should be proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in North American time zones (night shift or flexible hours as required). Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & Sales Identify potential clients/partnership consultencies in the United States who need recruitment and staffing solutions . Generate leads through LinkedIn outreach, cold calls, job postings, and email marketing . Engage with HR managers, business owners, and decision-makers to understand hiring needs. Pitch tailored recruitment solutions and secure contracts. Manage the entire sales cycle , from prospecting to contract closure. Lead Generation & Market Research Conduct market research to identify industries with high hiring demand. Develop a target list of companies actively hiring in Canada and the US. Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects using CRM tools. Client Relationship Management Build and maintain long-term relationships with hiring managers and HR leaders. Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the recruitment process. Ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business opportunities. Sales Strategy & Reporting Track and analyze sales performance, outreach effectiveness, and conversion rates . Provide regular sales reports and suggest improvements to client acquisition strategies. Desired Candidate Profile: Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business development, recruitment sales, or staffing industry sales . Proven track record of closing B2B recruitment contracts . Skills: Strong English communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills . Experience in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and email outreach . Ability to research, identify, and engage decision-makers . Other Requirements: Time Zone Flexibility: Willing to work night shifts or manage clients as per North American business hours . Self-motivated and result-driven with a strong ability to work independently. Compensation & Benefits: Fixed base salary + commissions on successful deals.
