Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to drive growth in the IT staffing industry across international markets (UK, Europe, and USA). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT recruitment services, experience in staff augmentation and contract staffing, and a proven track record of acquiring and managing global clients. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients (IT companies, MSPs, System Integrators) in UK, Europe, and USA markets. Generate new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking. Develop and nurture strong relationships with hiring managers, procurement teams, and C-level executives. Client Relationship Management: Engage with clients to understand their IT staffing needs and propose tailored solutions. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closure. Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through regular follow-ups and service excellence. Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Conduct market research to understand talent demand, pricing trends, and industry challenges. Stay updated with IT job trends, visa/work permit regulations, and compliance in target regions. Keep an eye on competitors and suggest strategies for competitive positioning. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors/Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 0-5 years of experience in IT staffing sales, recruitment sales, or staff augmentation (International markets). Proven success in B2B sales, cold calling, and client acquisition for IT recruitment services. Strong knowledge of IT job roles, technologies, and recruitment processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Experience working with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales automation tools. Ability to work independently, manage multiple accounts, and adapt to different time zones. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
