Job Summary

.Identify, engage, qualify, and onboard maritime clients (Owners, Charterers, Operators, Brokers, Agencies).

.Conduct product demos for our platforms — OceannMail, Oceann VM, Oceann Zero, and our AI automation suite.

.Manage daily outreach across LinkedIn, email, WhatsApp, calls, and maritime forums.

.Maintain CRM hygiene, follow-ups, sales pipelines, and weekly reporting.

.Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to drive client adoption and revenue.

.Participate in maritime events, exhibitions, and networking meetings.

.Build strong, long-term client relationships with a consultative approach.

Key Responsibilities

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Prior experience in Business Development / Sales / SaaS (Maritime experience is a big plus).

Ability to understand technology products and explain workflows clearly.

Highly proactive, target-oriented, and self-driven attitude.

Comfort with demos, calls, outreach, and engaging senior stakeholders.

Basic understanding of shipping/chartering terminology is preferred, not mandatory.

Confidence in handling multi-channel outreach and building rapport with maritime decision-makers.

Ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously with structured follow-up discipline.
