We have urgent opening for Sales Enterprise Learning Position in our organisation and find details in below. Designation: Sales - Enterprise Learning Job Description: Deep Experience in sales and business development (Enterprise Learning) Undertake development activities (meets, proposals, pitches) Network & build relationships with key-people, decisions makers across brands and merchants to win new business Experience in client acquisition, client relationship development and management & manage relationship thereon with existing customer. Build a sustainable and long-term business pipeline with clients- Existing & New Clients. Formulating business strategies and strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational business objectives. Involved in the entire marketing and sales cycle right from prospecting, lead generation, demonstration, negotiation till the closure of the deal. Negotiated price and contract terms and prepared sales contracts. Managing customer relationship and handled customer issues. The Account Manager will primarily be responsible for retaining and up selling a wide range of services and solutions to existing clients and Implement Company the Account Management practices. Required Skills and Knowledge: 2 to 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales with good communication skills & positive attitude. Deep understating of Infrastructure Management Systems (IMS) Self-motivated and possess aggressive sales personality that helps in achieving quantitative results. Actively listens and seeks information, identifies customer/client need and checks understanding, builds rapport, develops relationships with key customers/clients, confident in building relationships at all levels. Ability to negotiate skilfully in tough situations with both internal and external groups. Effectively sets and achieves realistic goals, monitors own progress and assesses quality, develops and follows action plans, seeks feedback and modifies accordingly. Salary & Compensation: This is a full-time role at our Hyderabad location Salary & compensation will be as per industry standards. This role will have incentives based on performance as per company policy.
